Why this was already “late” on the desk
The F-4 is not filed by BBCQ. Primary filer is Bleichroeder Acquisition France Merger Sub 2, with PSQL on the entity. Co-registrants are Pasqal and the SPAC. That is the odd F-4 pattern: search “Merger Sub” or you miss the book.
Proxy-card graphics (tproxy) hit that F-4/A on July 23. The DEFM14A followed on August 6. Once a form of proxy is in the exhibits, they are printing a vote. The meeting reminder is downstream of that.
A separate 8-K on August 21 (Item 5.02) amends an advisory services agreement with MJP Advisory Group. That is housekeeping around the vehicle, not a change in the Pasqal exchange.
