On August 26, the insiders of Cayson Acquisition Corp deposited US$125,000 into the trust — the contribution for the sixth month of the extension. Item 8.01. Same species of 8-K as Future Vision II and Black Hawk.
Shareholders already approved the monthly-extension mechanic at an extraordinary general meeting on March 18, 2026. The board can walk the combination deadline out to March 23, 2027, one deposit at a time. This filing is month six of that clock. It is not a new vote, and it is not an F-4/A.
Do not mix the two clocks
Filing velocity is F-4 → F-4/A gaps. Cayson already has an F-4/A on July 31 (Mango Financial Group). A $125k note keeps the vehicle alive. It does not clear comments.
If the next event is another monthly contribution, Pulse should not go up. If the next event is a proxy card or a tightening amendment, it should.
Pulse Impact
- Previous Pulse: unchanged
- New Pulse: unchanged
- Change: Unchanged
- Driver: An extension deposit buys calendar time. It is not an F-4/A. Pulse should not rise just because the drop-dead date moved.
Why It Matters
Rights books care whether the registration is tightening, not whether the sponsor paid another month of rent. Month six says they still want the option. It does not say the SEC is done. Watch the next F-4/A gap, not this 8-K.
