Black Hawk bought 30 days. The S-4 did not move.

$150,000 into the trust. Deadline August 22 to September 22. That is time. It is not an S-4/A.

On the cover of the August 21 current report, Black Hawk Acquisition Corporation put $150,000 into the trust for public shareholders. The combination deadline moved from August 22, 2026 to September 22, 2026. Item 8.01. One month. Same species of 8-K as Future Vision II.

This is the monthly-extension pattern. A deposit keeps the vehicle alive. It does not move the SEC review, and it does not print a vote.

Do not mix the two clocks

Filing velocity is S-4 → S-4/A gaps. Black Hawk’s last S-4/A is August 3. The Q&A still points at the second half of 2026, with blanks on the extraordinary meeting line. A form of proxy is already in an exhibit. That card was the late-stage tell. This 8-K is not.

If the next event is another $150k note, Pulse should not go up. If the next event is a dated meeting or a DEFM14A, it should.

Pulse Impact

  • Previous Pulse: unchanged
  • New Pulse: unchanged
  • Change: Unchanged
  • Driver: An extension deposit buys calendar time. It is not an S-4/A. Pulse should not rise just because the drop-dead date moved.
